As for such, the Dutch central government contracted Cu4IT as their hosting partner. By this we know what the requirements and wishes are and enhance them with our daily responsibility for the exploitation of data centres.

Compared with traditional IT offers in the market place nowadays, we deliver, by the combination of technology, service integration and dedicated systems- and software development, complete managed services. 

The managed services make digitalization of company process and the use of internet as communication medium largely extended. The approaches give companies an advantage in egovernance.  We act also in EU connections and mostly in consortia. Each one with the right content and together gain a strong market position.

The job: webtionist (reception on the internet)

As webtionist you will be primarily responsible for the service experience of our customers. Communicating and maintaining regular contact with them is what you will and like to be doing. You understand that communication needs a healthy open dialogue. You will use a combination of media to mould the serviceprocess in optima forma. You will be in personal contact with the customer and remain aware of the teamproces. You will support the qualities of the serviceteam in such a way that the customer measures our qualities on what our company as a whole delivers. You will be the main contactperson between the customer and the technicians.

The profile

Your nature is to be comfortable in conversation who is willing to listen. This comes from an inner peace and you use your liveexpericience to create mutual understanding when discussing a problem or challenge. Your convestion partner takes pleasure in talking to you and can trust you will manage his/hers concerns. When you talk with our technicians you translate customer wishes to their level of understanding. You remain in control over progress and stay in touch with both parties, customer and technicians. You will create a level of understanding of our products that you will be able to go in-depth on solutions when in conversation. Using both media and informationprocessing systems you will have all mains to be the spokesman for the customer. Accuracy and self-awareness are a pre. In this function the way of delivering service is the main item. You have experience with this and know how to evaluate your work and others to keep growing.
